Sealing a surface with nanotechnology means applying nano-structures onto the surface - these treated surfaces become super-hydrophobic and thereby water-rejecting - which means easier and faster cleaning for you and improved protection for the surface. It takes longer for the dirt to bond to the surface and it can not burn itself into the surface at high temperatures. Although all these advantages do not mean that the surface needs no further cleaning at all. The surfaces can be cleaned much more easily and faster than before saving you up to 80% of your time with Nanolex professional products.

After the appropriate nano-substance has been applied to the cleaned surface the nano-particles organize themselves and form the desired structure. Nanolex Professional Products offer customers coatings for almost every known technical surface, such as metals, glass, textiles, plastics.

Pre-soak vehicle

Traffic Film Remover/ Citrus Degreaser applied to vehicle, arches,door sills & boot shut

Rinse vehicle

Wash vehicle using two bucket method & new soft lambs wool mitt or natural sea sponge

Clay bar the whole vehicle to remove any embedded contaminants

Wash vehicle again using two bucket method & soft lambs wool wash mitt

Dry vehicle using microfibre cloth or drying towel

Tyres dressed

Vehicle polished using most suitable product for type/condition of paint

All exterior glass polished

All exterior rubbers/plastics & chrome re-dressed/polished

Apply Nanolex Sealant(s) to the whole of the vehicle including glass, plastics & alloys (paint sealant, glass sealant, alloy sealant)
